Lean time management

I am going to take some of Marc Andressen’s suggestions to heart.  I will only check and respond to email from 9am to 10:30am, and 4pm to 5:30pm.

I will do my best to follow the phone and voicemail suggestions as well.

Everyday, starting tomorrow, I will end the day with a clean email inbox.  Right now I have 79 “important” emails that needs a response.  I heard on geekbrief.tv that Robert Scoble follows the 2 minute rule in responding to email.  I assume that means that he only allows himself two minutes to draft most of his emails.  Maybe I will try that too.
